Fox Valley Mall To Reopen Monday With Limited Hours, Capacity AURORA, IL — After more than two months, shoppers will once again be allowed inside Fox Valley Mall starting Monday. Starting next week, fences and barricades will go up to block off the site. Plan a visit to Fox River Mall in Appleton and find yourself surrounded by all your favorites, including a collection of full service restaurants unparalleled in the marketplace. The mall will be open from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday and from noon to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday. The Fox Valley Mall is set to be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday and from 12-6 p.m. on Sundays. The sheer size of shopping centers – equivalent to multiple football fields in most cases – naturally allows for social distancing. Increased safety measures are indicated on signs and stickers throughout the mall to identify separate entry and exit doors, help guide one-way traffic, limit gathering, and keep guests at least 6 feet apart. The mall will operate on a reduced schedule for the first 30 days to allow extra time for cleaning and disinfection, and will maintain a 50% occupancy.
